Refund Policy

Items are guaranteed to arrive in a satisfactory condition. Should an order arrive damaged customer must contact us immediately, or within 72-hours of receipt to make a damage claim and to arrange to return the item to us. All returns must have an authorization number prior to being returned. Under no circumstances will a return be accepted without a prior authorization number. To receive an authorization number, please contact our customer support department. Refused orders without a valid authorization number may be charged a 25% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping charges.
